NPC issues while Questing.

Hi. I've recently been having problems while accepting or continuing quests while talking to an NPC.

This issue only seems to crop up after I go to accept my first quest after logging in, and only ever happens on my Aethertech. I have managed to replicate this with every quest NPC I talk to, and I have no idea how to fix this.

After I log in I can talk to and view a quest without issues, however when I click "Accept" the window doesn't automatically close. Any items I would need to accomplish the quest fail to make it into my inventory, and from that point on clicking on a quest in the NPC menu does absolutely nothing, forcing me to log out and back in before I can do anything else on the matter. However, when I log back in the problem appears after I do the same thing as what caused it the first time. I have already tried to completely restart Aion and see if that fixed it, but to no avail. This issue has yet to pop up on any of my other characters as of this moment, nor has it popped up on the characters of family members who play the game as well.
